Shipping, Returns & Exchanges


If you believe your package has been lost in the mail, please contact us within 3 weeks of placing your order. Once you have reported the lost package, we will work with you and our carrier to locate your package. If the carrier declares the package to be lost, we will reship your order at no cost if stock is available. If stock is not available, we will issue a refund. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.


Any duties are the responsibility of the buyer. FitEq is not responsible for any duties or delays of packages going through customs. 

We accept returns and exchanges on all unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. 

We offer free exchanges on all sized items, and easy returns.

A $5 returns fee will be deducted from all returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All clearance items are final sale. If you are looking to exchange for another size, and we have that size in stock, please contact us about an exchange.

If you have received a damaged item, we will gladly replace it free of charge.

Unfortunately we are unable to process returns or exchanges from international orders.
