Lost Packages

If you believe your package has been lost in the mail, please contact us within 3 weeks of placing your order. Once you have reported the lost package, we will work with you and our carrier to locate your package. If the carrier declares the package to be lost, we will reship your order at no cost if stock is available. If stock is not available, we will issue a refund. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Duties

Any duties are the responsibility of the buyer. The Fit Equestrian is not responsible for any duties or delays of packages going through customs.
